48 Hours Setup

This is a proposed rundown of the timeline for 48 hours.

Workflow is as follows. This is based on the workflow of the past 2 years, and has reiterated to this stage.

FRIDAY April 16th 2010

6.00pm NZST  - Arrive at venue and get ready for competition

7.00pm NZST  - Receive genre and storyline from venue; drive back to base and start brainstorming.

7.30pm NZST - Write script and draw storyboards / Correspondence with Blair

11.00pm NZST - Record voiceover for animated short, email storyboards to Sri Lanka.

SATURDAY NZST

1.00am NZST - Recording session ends, NZ SLEEP

6.00am NZST  - NZ WAKE, Edit Storyboard with Audio

12.00pm NZST  - Make 60 second version of Edit (the minimum requirement for short film)

2.00pm NZST - Start applying drawn imagery to replace animatic.

SUNDAY

6.00pm NZST - Put to tape and deliver.

7.00pm NZST - EITHER WE’VE FINISHED, OR WE’RE FINISHED.
